Alla Tappa was born in 1988 from an idea by Ezio Lucatello, together with his wife Stella and their children Corrado and Mauro. In over thirty years' business, Alla Tappa has become one of the most popular places in Muggia, in the province of Trieste, not only for high quality fish and meat, but also for the courtesy and professionalism that characterises the whole local staff.

Our cuisine from both sea and land, combined with a great passion and commitment, make Alla Tappa a historic place, for recovery, and also to enhance traditional recipes.

The Pizzeria Trattoria Alla Tappa is able to satisfy everyone's tastes, from the sweet tooth to the most demanding.

Our menu covering both game, and grilled meat, plus fresh fish, first courses with homemade pasta and homemade desserts. Our signature dishes include: gnocchi with goulash and goulash with polenta. Add to this a selection of over fifty pizzas !
